What would Apostle Paul who wrote, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that ...some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; ...Forbidding to marry..." say about Justin Martyr's writing (considered to be an early Christian writing), which reads, "And our Lord Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, for no other reason than that He might destroy the begetting by lawless desire"?

Justin may have used the virgin birth of Jesus and the virginity of His Mother to make the point that we are all born with original sin and therefore enslaved to our carnal passions, but Jesus by His virgin birth has won the right for us to be releashed from this slavery.

While Justin Martyr was an early church leader, you might discover if you check the Table of Content of your Bible that his writings are not included. That is because it was recognized that while he taught many good and correct doctrines, his writings were not "inspired", meaning they did contain some errors within them.

If the statement you quoted was meant to forbid marriage (and without the context it is hard to tell - it could just as easily be talking about avoiding fornication and adultry rathar than marriage) then it would be an example of one of the places were his teachings are less then perfect. In that area, the Bible should be followed rather then Justin Martyr's writings. When his writings agree, then they can be used to help understand the scriptures. They can also give us a historical views of how the scriptures were being interpreted at the time he lived. But in the end, the scriptures are the final authority on what is "true".
