We already have laws in place to cover this it is illegal to come into our country by sneaking across our borders. There is also a law that makes aiding and abetting anyone engaged in criminal activities illegal so if or police, and INS officers would just enforce our laws we would be protected.

These people are just trying to survive, they have a weak and corrupt government encouraging them to leave, and we have a corrupt government allowing them to be illegally employed, the employers, personally if need be, should become financially liable for the care and well being of these aliens as long as they remain within our country, PERIOD! They can confiscate your land to protect a endangered sand fly, enhance a developer's view next door, build power lines, etc. or if it's involved in a crime, well employing/housing illegal aliens is a crime, and they should confiscate that property too. This is not about Nationalism (by the way, "nazi" = "national socialist party", not people who want to preserve the Constitution, which before people condemn them for, you need to set down and read it all first), it's about survival. Not everyone in our country has the comfortable lifestyle of politicians and bureaucrats, I know people struggling to survive, that work every day, that get far less income and benefits than someone enrolled in government programs that always has some excuse or justification for not trying to get or hold a job. We need to take care of our citizens first, medical, housing, employment, transportation and education. Giving special benefits to some racial groups and not others is racist, and this "political correct" injustice is giving these dangerous right wing crackpots more credibility. WE need to be ONE nation, ONE people. Race should not matter, but whether or not you are supposed to be living/working here DOES. And I'd like to see our foreign worker permits be as complicated as trying to get one to go work in Mexico. Legalizing/amnesty the illegals only encourages the problem and slaps all the law abiding applicants for citizenship. The only jobs "Americans" are not willing to do that illegals are brought in for are the ones that are not legal, not safe by labor standards, or not above minimum wage. Unemployment figures only reflect those who can legally claim benefits, those who were not harassed or driven to quit, who were not injured in some way that prevents them from working but unable to get compensation for, or have been blackballed within their field of specialty.

We should not only secure these institutions, we should be using them to out illegals. Both hospitals and schools require identification to enter them and we should be using that information to find and deport criminals.

I propose that we should be spending AT LEAST 90 billion a year to find them and get rid of them and to help secure our southern border, not from terrorists but from illegal aliens trying to establish themselves in our country as hardworking honest citizens.
