What was the time frame for Genesis?

The first verse in Genesis, "In the beginning, which was not a beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth", covers a split second. Then millions or perhaps billions of years later the second verse takes place: "The Earth was made formless and void". Then there is the whole seven days of creation and then hundreds of years before the exodus. There is no way of knowing your answer exactly.

if you mean the views of the 6 days of creation?

there is a theory that the earth is in the center of a gravity well, in a finite universe and the theory of relativity allows for slowing down of tiem in the ceter of a gravity well. So on earth 6 days... away fron earth... could be more... time doesnt run at one rate in the universe it's affected by gravity and also speed

but I thiink the 6 day time frame is soudner that the
althernatives like long day ages which puts the creation out of order and death before the fall. I would reject the day age view as well... it puts sin before the fall and makes Genesis 1 meaningless

I also think its preferable than the modrn framework hypothesis which makes Genesis 1 indistiguishable from an allegory and the order meaningless... I would reject the framework hypothese although many scholars have it as their theory of choice it undermines Genesis in the end in my view

similarly I would reject the gap theory, it tries to save the ancient world by destroying it... it is not helpful for the fossil record and in the end not even a geood linguistt theory

Since to God a thousand year is as a day and a day as a thousand years, it shows that God is timeless and has no use for time in the way that we perceive it; therefore, to try to give you an actual timeframe would be pointless if you beleive and have read the whole Bible.
