i would suggest you get some wrist braces. i don't know what kind of symptoms you are having but, if it feels like your hands are going to sleep. it could be serious. i had this, it's called carpal tunnel syndrome. this is not a fun thing. it got so bad for me that i could not drive, sleep, clean, cook, lets just say i could not go on with my daily living. i had to have surgery and now i'm better. get some wrist braces.

Is it from benchpressing? Taping might help you out, but I was taught from the first time I benched (a 45lb bar!!) a long time ago, a different way to grip the bar when benching. Don't wrap you thumbs around it. Take the bar with your hands, grip, but then pull your thumbs back under the bar so they're next to your fingers. It's awkward at first but it takes you wrist out of play when you lift. It makes your hands more like a perch. So you aren't "holding" and lifting. You're just lifting. Its the holding that stresses your wrists.
But hey, i get laughed at all the time. After all, im a girl trying to tell guys how to bench. Whatever floats your boat....they're your wrists!! Good Luck!!

you could tape them up but that is more of a cover up than a solution. Try doing exercises to strengthen your grip, which will in turn strengthen your wrists. There are a bunch of wrist exercise out there too that will help. I also suggest using lighter weights until your grip/wrist strength is able to cope with the stress; you don't want any unnecessary injuries in the meantime...

Yes, you can tape you wrists, but I would also suggest laying off the weights for a week to help your wrists heal. You are creating lactic acid instead of helping your wrists.

I'm guessing they hurt more when you do certain movements???
try not doing those movements for a little while....you'll come back stronger for it
