I have a couple of boils on my legs; one on either side and I can't seem to get rid of them. They start to disappear, then come back. Does anyone know of any medicine I can buy without going to the doctor? PLEASE don't waste my time by telling me to go to the doctor because I can't afford to go. Thanks!!!

Boil ease, and you have to ask for it from the pharmacist. You should discuss it with your doctor, it could be a sign of diabetes. And it is essential that you keep the area clean and wash anything that contacts the area with an antibacterial soap. The toxins secreted are the same bacteria that cause botulism, no joke. You can make yourself very ill or even grosser, someone else. Hope it gets better!

The only thing that can cure boils (which are abscesses) is antibiotics. If you're having boils that are not resolving I would see a dr. Warm, moist heat should "pop" the abscess. If it doesn't drain on your own you should see a dr. If you cut and drain it yourself could result in infection. Good luck
