Are you meaning raising your serotonin levels?
If so, get a book about nutrition and also can log on WebMD which will give you a list.

If you are taking a med to increase your serotinin level, that was prescribed by your doctor, he/she can also tell you foods that contain the highest level of serotonins.

If you are looking for foods that can help improve your mood, try eating things rich in Omega-3.

Some good sources of this are salmon, halibut, sardines, albacore, trout, herring, walnuts, flaxseed oil, canola oil, shrimp, clams, light chunk tuna, catfish, tofu, winter squash, kidney beans and spinach.

yogurt, turkey are two big number ones.

"rich in tryptophan are milk, yogurt, eggs, meat, nuts, beans, fish, and cheese. Cheddar, Gruyere, and Swiss cheese are particularly rich in tryptophan."
