How can i get a good pectoral or bicep work out with a broken hand. I can't even put enough pressure on it for a basic pushup. Any suggestions?

You don`t put any pressure on it, unless you don`t care if it heals properly. Moreover, it might heal in such an inppropriate way, that you will never be able to use it at its full as you could before.
The best is to leave out all physical pressure for your hands until it is fully recovered and some time afterwards.

You answered it yourself.... You can't put enough pressure on it for a pushup - why even consider doing anything that could jeopardize healing? Wait the six weeks or so until it heals and then resume normal workouts.

to be safe.
don't even aggravate it.
even if you can do it, you will become over-confident and think you can do more and then one bad move and it gets worse.
