I saw myself married to a man that looks a lot like my current bf and I had 7 children.

We were in the holy city Makkah and the grounds were destroyed. But I had taken my kids there anyway, we stood on top of a hill and paid our respects to the Holy Grounds then left.
Do you think this is symbolism or literal?

I've found that with prophetic dreams - they're very vivid and memorable. You'll often feel extremely unsettled after them. The hard part is learning the symbolism. I used to have prophetic dreams that told me when I'd hear from a publisher about some of my work. I'd dream about dead cats. Finally - after about 5 years of these recurring dead animal dreams, the cats were finally alive, then they became background parts of the dream and the dreams became more direct. Like I'd be directly talking to editors in the dream and the next day I'd get phone calls or a letter (e-mail).

That's the hard part is figuring out what your mind is trying to tell you. Cats - Publishing -- it's like comparing clocks to sausages. You never know, dreaming about a Holy City could mean you're going to someone's funeral or it could mean that eventually you and your kids will spend time together. It couls just be a foretelling of your marriage to your bf. :)

I keep dream journals exclusively to look for patterns in my dreams.
