just the same as blackheads....... your diet and exercise is key. exercise keeps the pores clean by sweating. try to eat foods with less fat. i think eating less keratin too, but am not sure. after showers and baths your skin would be soft and pores open this is the best time to remove them. drinking of water helps the skin too...... but keeping them away after removing them is diet and exercise.....diet doesnt mean eating less ok, just change what you it. have various foods....roughage too.

steam the face and use items that are made to remove such obstructions.

blackhead removers with smooth edges work wonders.. make sure the face is soft and warm with steam.

squeezing can be just enough sometimes plucking the head out using a needle tip can be sufficient but be careful.... always have a cannister of oxy pads near by. to dry up the mess and get medication into the hole left behind also.

take two q-tips and pop them then some stuff on it to clean it and keep it from getting affected.
