ok i wrote this guy i have feelings for a letter when i saw him last night he stuck his tounge out and now i tried to call him and he didn't answer i left a message and he never has called that was 3 hrs ago i am in love with thisa guy and i have told him how i felt he seemed fine last night!

Oh my I guess its safe to say that three hours is not a long time. You are reading into the situation more than what it really is, have patience if he feels the same way about you he will call.

Either he is afraid of commitment, does not feel the same way you do, or a shmuck. Either way, maybe you should relax and not think about it for a bit..
