1 a : capable of being perceived especially by the sense of touch : PALPABLE b : substantially real : MATERIAL
This definition would imply that he could be physically touched. Which yes were he here in his flesh yes he could be touched as Thomas could attest yet he is not here in the present with us physically at this time.
2 : capable of being precisely identified or realized by the mind
This definition applies without a doubt.
3 : capable of being appraised at an actual or approximate value
Definition 3 is very interesting....Priceless!

no, the answer must be no. why?
tangibility
In law, tangibility is the attribute of being detectable with the senses.
In criminal law, one of the elements of an offense of larceny is that the stolen property must be tangible.
if our senses consist of sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste, how by any five of those senses can we contact jesus? in no way can you say that you can touch him.

I don't agree at all. Perhaps he's slightly more tangible than God, but that's not saying much.

Of course. Both the Bible and the Book of Mormon teach that He has a physical body after He was resurrected. This is also corroborated by modern-day witnesses. Evidence is plentiful if one has "eyes to see" and "ears to hear".
