I mean, considering you're still here, asking away, mostly the same questions repeatedly, does it make you wonder if you're missing the bigger piece, and ignoring the questions you should be asking?

If you were convinced, wouldn't you not be in here asking questions, but instead taking action of what you are convinced of?

No. I ask the questions to which I want to know the answer. I ask them once. My questions have nothing to do with my own faith/religion or lack thereof. They mostly have to do with my ignorance of other religions.

new people come in here every day thinking this is a place they can ask a seriouse question they have on their mind and that they will receive a meaningful and truthful and seriouse answer... they leave quickly when they see the truth of this place... many come here just to vent their anger... because there are so many new the same questions get asked over and over... I am still here because once in a while I can catch a question that is asked seriously about my faith and I can make a proper reply... if there are further questions I answer them via email to avoid the crap that is the bulk of this site.

I don't think any question is wrong... any Honest question. And some of the people here are not asking to get a definite answer, but instead are wanting to see what other people believe.

Good point. I think the definition of insanity, according to Einstein is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. We all were at a place of sin, in due time we pray that all will come to a place of being saved. In the meantime, we must not give up on our lost brothers and sisters. If they hear The truth enough times and we do it in love and not hate, they may come to see. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

I agree there are too many repeat questions. Some repeat questions I've seen here are:
1. If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?
2. Why do non believers celebrate Christmas?
3. Can you prove God doesn't exist.

And so on.

a competent question. i keep in mind that feeding trolls really provides them the interest that they want, yet now and again my overactive sarcasm gland kicks in and that i only can not help myself. a minimum of I frequently understand what i'm doing after I respond to a troll or possibly a plausible troll. commonly, it is not only a knee jerk reaction on my area to an insulting or vicious question: I understand their authentic reason and favor to reply, besides. i'm not putting forward that being consciously attentive to what i'm doing makes me any better than someone who unwittingly bites the bait. only a large difference in knowledge degrees, that is all.

A closed mind is a wonderful thing to lose. What do you consider to be the right questions when it comes to religion and spirituality?

Convinced of what I am, the best action is to educate. I may not reach many here, but one person is sufficient.

Very true.

But without questions there would be no conversation. This debate will last forever. Those who are meant to hear, will hear. You just can't give up. Not all are destined to see it.
