I work from 7:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.
I get home about 8:45 every night and I get really tired to workout at that time. I do my best tou. I go for a 30 run or jogging. at 9:p.m. but I feel so tired evryday, I wish I can do more. But I honestly dont have time to workout. I workout on the weekends, but I still need something to help me loose 10 pds. by christmas

I have been taking the pill Phentermine (it is also spelled Phentramine) for almost 3 weeks and have already lost the ten lbs that I wanted to loose. You can get a prescription from your doctor as long as you are healthy. I lost six lbs in the first week! It gives you alot of energy and takes away your sweet cravings.

I started using Xyience Xcelerant. Helps me burn more calories and gives me a little more energy, but not enough that my heart feels like it's going to explode like some pills do to me. They are expensive, but well worth the money.
