5, 10 or 15 days usually depends on the state and or county or city,

here it's 10 days thats working days.

If I were you I wouldn't even bother.. I got a speeding ticket, when I wasn't even speeding, knowing I didn't do it, I took it to court.. here's how it went.. the cop said I did it, I said I didn't and the judge said ok I'll make her pay it. I had to pay the ticket, plus court costs, plus take a DD class - I should have just paid it. Although I did get the points taken off.. that is the only reason I can see going to court.

Depends on the state, but usually you have 7-10 days to go to the office and fill out the form requesting a court docket to dispute a ticket, or to go to the county cashier and pay the ticket.

it's usually on the bask of your ticket or you can go to the clerk of courts and inquire if you can set a court date its usually 10 days you have to pay a ticket unless you have a good reason to contest it
