i got suspended for fighting. how can i get my parents to trust me again?? also, how can i also get my teacher to trust me again??

True remorse, not getting in more trouble and be accountable for your behavior. If you upset the classroom, give her a zen garden and apologize. She/He may not ever use it but they'll love that you were accountable. Your parents know your history so they'll let up when they see behavior change. They gotta give you opportunity to screw up every now and again too.

I'm thrilled to hear this and I'm not being sarcastic. It sounds like you understand that what you did was wrong, even if the other person started it. It will take time to earn trust but if you honestly want it, you will get it back. You will!!

First of all they think since you made a bad decision that you might do it again, you need to prove yourself to everyone that you can be grown up and mature
