Italian would be my first choice. Spaghetti is my favorite food, followed by lasagna, then pizza, and so on.
Cajun is not a nationality, but it is my second favorite! Ain't nothing like a big ol' pot of jambalaya served with steaming crawfish!
And again Southern is not a nationality either, but we sure can cook some good food down here. Very fattening, but delicious!

I must say, I find Italian food fantastic. But, the French cuisine is amazing as is Indian if you can find your way
through its milllions of dishes to some that you can live
with.
What I like about Italian is a sense of ease ...and it has natuirally a large selection of dishes that can be considered
vegetarian , and they have chosen a small selection of dishes that really work together. It must be just me, but I always have a travellogue going on in my mind's eye when I do Italian food. I see Tuscany, the Adriatic, vinyards
and olive groves ... It becomes a vacation for me. Flashing
across my mind are opera singers and cathedrals, Venice,
Capri ... cars driving along the coast line. Sigh.
Oh, yes ... then when I am done dreaming, I get to sit down and eat! Che gioia!

Pasta is certainly persuasive but we here in the U.S. don't know the full range of Italian cuisine. Let's face it, N.Y.C. was the only place to find a Pizza Parlor with a variety of fare. Including Zeppole's. I think they all have something to offer. Personally I tend to like meatballs well prepared with stuff in them like garlic, onions, seasoning, with a really good, non biting sauce so many think is ' Real Italian ' and a ton of Vermicelli lightly gone over with olive oil, some butter, and Parmesan. Here, a slack hand should be promptly lopped off at any hint of moderation. I'd like to see pasta generally made with spelt instead of the type of wheat now generally in use. I've heard it's being used here and there in Italy.

stable food relies upon on the oftentimes going on and freshness of ingredients attainable. I believe a brilliant sort of the others - I make nutrition from Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Czech, French, jap, Spanish, Greek and so on and so fourth. Jamaican/jap - I even have some extraordinarily dazzling food. of course my mom makes the superb nutrition and she or he's Jamaican. On yet another be conscious food i'm no longer that inspired with is English and Nigerian

Italian all the way!!! The best way to experience if (if you can) is to go there, tho. That's the only way to really see the diversity in their foods. How they use what grows locally, what's in season, all the different regional specialties, etc. It is so much more than pizza & pasta. We have no clue! :)

Such a hard question! I love Italian, especially pesto, and Mexican...
I think I have to go with Japanese though. I could eat it every day for the rest of my life and never feel bored with it or unhealthy.

That's tough because I love Mexican but not always. Sometimes I love Thai - but not always. I also do love Vietnamese. But most of the time, when I'm craving ethnic foods, it's Indian that I pick.

I agrees, my native Italian spice. I love it! Nothing beats homemade pasta and meatballs.

Korean cuisine is what I grew up on. Lots of beef, pork, chicken, veggies, rice, and spicy sidedishes that go good for any time of the day.
