Girls that are taller have a thing about telling shorter guys they like them because, the normal thing is to date a guy that is taller or the same height. she is afraid that people will judge you both and If she really does like you tell her that no matter what anyone says, if you are happy together than who cares what they think.

She can't love you. She can be in lust, though. How can she love a person that she doesn't talk to? Hasn't asked you personal stuff? Doesn't know your likes and dislikes? If you are interested, go talk to her. Tell her you know she's shy, but you'ld like to get to know her. If she can't even handle that, move on. Being shy can be painful, so give her a chance. But if she still can't talk, at least you tried.

Maybe she's scared to tell you how she feels, in fear that you don't feel the same way. You should make the first move and see if that breaks the ice.

I've been there and I can relate It's because she's afraid to let you know in fear of how you may react or how you may think of her. She probably feels that you don't feel the same as she does or she probably feels that if she lets you know ou might reject her.
