He is Jeff Gordon's protege and alot of people dislike him because of their love for other drivers. Jeff is a good driver even though disliked than most drivers. Everyone has their favorite! Just stick with him and don't worry about anyone elses opinion!

i'm no longer asserting he does not deserve it. He and Kenseth have been the class of the sector all season long. i do unlike him because of the fact he drives for Hendrick. As Chad Knaus is a cheater, so is Rick Hendrick. in spite of the undeniable fact that Rick Hendrick is likewise a criminal. If Jimmie Johnson drove for everyone else, then yeah i'm inquisitive approximately him prevailing the Cup. till then, i'm hoping he blows up at residing house and considered one of the different 4 drivers wins the Cup.

I don't get it. He is a good clean driver. He cheated once and what he did, did not endanger any other driver, not that, that makes it right. There are other drivers who are purposely wrecking people just for positio n all the time, Tony Stewart, Dale Jr. Someone could get injured badly when you race like that, yet all anyone ever says is, that's racing. I think that Jimmie and his team learned their lesson about cheating. If it was something that kept happening, I would find me a new driver. But it only happened once, so I can overlook it.
Anyway, he has deserved a Championship for the last three years. If he wins at Homestead, he will be tied for the most wins with Kasey Khane. this year I think that Kasey deserves it just as much as Jimmie does.

He is, in fact, a whiner. He admitted to brake-checking Haarvick in a non-points race, causing a wreck, then calling for Harvick to be fired. He ran overJeff Burton a few years ago at Phoenix to keep his top-10 streak going. He's arrogant, moreso than many drivers. And his team has been caught cheating many times with no punishment, or minimal punishment.
And when he first started, I was becoming a fan of his, until all the stuff above started.

He's the Barry Bonds of NASCAR, say he gets lucky and cheats his way to win the cup this year, it'll be an empty cup that will always be marked with an asterisk!

He IS a whiner, and Knaus is a cheat, as shown by his suspensions.
Johnson's caused enough accidents.
I'd much rather see Kenseth repeat.

He's a good driver, but his attitude stinks. He's an arrogant know-it-all. It's nauseating.

I think most people dislike him because of all the success he has had and they are jealous of the success he's had too.
