Food education book?

Hi - I'm wondering if there's any book that you guys can recommend which focuses on food education. I'd like to buy one or two books to give to a family of junk food eaters - I'm interested in the food/health and in the food/social issues (as in behavioural problems occurring when kids are not fed properly). Thanks!

I need some book titles because I'd like to give books as a gift for Christmas!
