For starters, go look in the mirror..your beautiful. then, take a look at the inside of your body, I'm pretty sure that your a warm, loving, wonderful person by looking at your 360 profile! To be so lucky as to have all your friends smiling at you with close, positive thoughts of wanting to be your friend. That's not easily done. Now for th....is this working? hum? anyway....they say never sweat the small things but when your blue, everything is HUGE! so how does that fit in to the equation? so screw they...cause they don't know what they're talking about right? Now....if all this attention hasn't gottcha a tad bit more chipper-er than when you started reading this, then go out and kick the family dog and then go do mean things to little animals with a fork! and see if that helped :) If it's still not any better, do what I'm doing in the picture next to all this bull-ony and SMILE while your trying to figure out if some of these words are even words and remember...your loved by all !! :) have a great day

Exercise! go for a walk clear your head! i know the last thing ya wanna do is move off yer butt but it works! then come home and pig out on cake in front of tele! with bold food your not supposed to eat!
you can eat it cos you just exercised! cheer up chicken :)

do what i do if im having a rough time of it(i also had my insomnia come back, some in not having a good time either) tell ife to **** off, whatevers bothering you, do your best to resolve it, if you have work, take the day off leave, and dont give me that crap about "my boss will notice" theres always a way, lie your *** off, but just take some time off, space out, think about yourself, and try meditation.
