french grilled jalapeno swiss cheese sandwich with spicy italian sausage in the middle.
dip french bread in egg & milk mixture, put in greased pan, 1 slice of jalapeno swiss, 1 slice of italian sausage, another slice of jalapen swiss, top with another slice of french bread dipped in egg mixture. Flip when one side is done. Cook 'til golden on both sides. Enjoy!!! How's that sound?

Buy some really freshly sliced hi-fibre bread- it is truly real tasty!! ( if not- any fresh bread of your choice), spread some low fat mayonnaise on it, a pile of crispy lettuce, top with slices of roast turkey, sliced tomatoes and slices of green olives. Real tasty!! Serve with beetroot or pickles.
