Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into chunks..... cut up some green and red peppers and onions and mushrooms if desired! Marinade in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce and warstishire sauce, and garlic (powder or crushed cloves) for about 20 minutes to 2 hours...... then put it all on a stick..... cook brown rice on the side and enjoy... grilling works the best of this!

chicken is naturally low fat. Layer it on kabob sticks with chunks of green pepper, onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatos....if you want a marinade, use a fat free italian dressing....

Just use trimmed chicken breast for the meat part and use LOTS of veggies. Spice the chicken with red and black pepper and garlic, cube it up, and cook it on the grill. (No oil!) This can even work on a tabletop grill (Foreman) if you cut the chicken kind of thin.
