I have this problem too. I only wear canvas shoes because leather makes my feet sweat too much, I also use an anti-perspirant called Drysol, you have to get a prescription for it but it is way worth it!

wash them at night with anti-bactial soap, or a bar soap like Dial, to cut down on perspiration, which is what causes the smell. Try to wear cloth or leather shoes, not plastic or vinyl, to let feet "breathe" and the sweat evaporate. My brother had really stinky feet as a teenager and his dr said he could use anti perspirant on the soles of his feet- there was a brand back then that came on pads, in a jar, don't remember the brand, and that seemed to work. Once the sweating stopped, the smell went away. Oh, and they say stuffing your shoes with newspaper at night helps them dry out completely, and keep the stinkiness away.

There are several causes of stinky feet. I suffer from this same problem sometimes. Luckily not all the time. Try wearing shoes that are not too tight, that are made from natural materials like leather and using only natural cotton socks. Powder your shoes with foot powder before you wear them. Also check with your doctor. One time during a podiatrists appointment he suggested that I have my doctor put me on estrogen suggesting to me that he thought the problem might be hormonal. Good luck.

Clean your feet real good, then always wear white socks or no s socks get rid of the shoes you have, buy new ones, and use anti fungus powder. in two weeks you will smell a big difference. If you have to buy new shoes when ever you can afford it.

No DO NOT use lotion it will only make your feet smell worse. i believe that you should completely dry your feet after bathing, in between our toes are hiding places for bacteria. clean the side of your nails and cut them they also can harbour bacteria. keep your bathroom clean because our bathroom is the dirtiest place in our homes. clean cotton soaks. shoes whith holes keep air circulating in the shoes. wear comfortable shoes not tight. wear sandals keep feet cool, aired, and sunned. sometimes the material of shoes causes a bad odor. buy new shoes, your old ones are harbouring bacteria so the problem remains the same. put shoes outside to sun and get fresh air....sometimes antiperspirant can work---- it's true!!!
