He says that He understands that we are but dust so I’m as honest as I know how to be when I asked Him to make me into a new creation.

I still think the same thoughts, is still do the same things, I still look the same so when will it happen?

If I want to be a better/different person am I supposed to do it myself? (watch what I think, watch what I do)

2 Cor5:17 - Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

You got it, it's a process of learning and applying the knowledge in your life...not a physical change, but spiritual; through Bible study and prayer, you will learn what these are...peace

It still is something we have to work at. Consider please Colossians 3:9, 10, which says: "Do not be lying to one another. Strip off the old personality with its practices, and clothe yourselves with the new personality, which through accurate knowledge is being made new according to the image of the One who created it."

It comes through continued prayer and Bible study.

I never found out how to do this from the bible.

The course in miracles did it for me though.

Love and blessings Don
