my birthday is end of august i got my national insurance number 3 months before i was 16 i left school in the may and went into full time work mind you that was 20 years ago

nope, I'm a teacher and I have so many kids asking me this. Wait til you leave school. If anyone employs you full time when you are supposed to be attending school then they are breaking the law

No you have to have finished school entirely before you can go to work even though you have you NI number
