You are talking about two different unrelated subjects here, with one exception - God makes everyone just as they are: straight people, LGBT people, and those in-between. Who are we to denigrate or defame any of God's gifts or children?

People who say "love the sinner, hate the sin" are vicious hypocrites who obviously hate both. Love between two people is never a sin.

And for those who say "the bible says it is," do you also stone people, and refrain from shellfish? Because if you're going to take one of the biblical "rules" as "fact," you have to take all of them - or else take none of them. Stop picking and choosing what to selectively support. Yet another hypocrasy.

I wish some "christians" who preach bigotry, hatred, discrimination and therefore violence against LGBT people would refer to their teachings. You know, the ones about loving one another, and treating others as you want to be treated, from that guy - what was his name - oh yeah, JESUS.

It is a much talked about subject, talked about way too much. There are a few things mentioned in the bible that say this is an abdomination to God, but it does not say it cannot be forgiven. I believe in a Loving God, not one of hate. That is my opinion. In John Wesley (founder of Methodist demonimation) it points out that although it is considered an abdomination, it is not without redemption. That helps me a lot. Who am I to judge? That is not my business.

Don't wish to participate in the act but love some of the people who are homosexual just like I love only some of the people who are heterosexual.

Homosexuality is a normal human variation like height or IQ or heterosexuality or bisexuality, just like height and IQ homosexuality is not a moral issue at all. Religion has a debt to pay for two thousand years of wrongfully defaming gays no wonder Christians and other religionists of similar mentality refuse to admit they are wrong after killing and tormenting so many millions of innocent people for so long and getting away with it until now.

As far as Religion is concerned, Homosexuality can be relegated to the topic "sins humans commit"...
This is not a distinct subject, not by a VERY long shot.
In my humble opinion, we all ought to be more concerned about our own sins than the sins of other people.
I do wish that homosexuals would stop parading their sins for all to see...but that is an entirely different subject...

Much, much love!!

It all comes down to the idea that human sexuality is for procreation alone. Since our world is overpopulated now, I think folks have gone a bit too far with this. If a man is spilling his seed it's a bad thing. One of the passages says that it's better to put it into a prostitute than to spill it on the ground.

All Christians might desire to recognize - and abide by - each and every of the recent testomony teachings. right this is one on the gay existence sort: 1Cr 6:9 do no longer you recognize that people who do incorrect will have no share contained in the dominion of God? do no longer fool yourselves. people who bask in sexual sin, who're idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals, 1Cr 6:10 thieves, grasping human beings, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers--none of those might have a share contained in the dominion of God. 1Cr 6:11 there became right into a time while a number of you have been only like that, yet now your sins have been washed away, and you have been set aside for God. you have been made precise with God with the aid of fact of what the Lord Jesus Christ and the Spirit of our God have executed for you.

One is a belief system(s) the other a behavior. One speaks to the spiritual nature of man, the other to the animal nature. Most belief systems find the behavior somewhere between objectionable and abominable, however, those same belief systems have little problem separating the person from the action.

Not sure what the question is. Are the two subjects different? yes and no. True religion affects every facet of life. So it affects sex life too.
In the case of Christianity, homosexuality is not an option.

Being Gay is not who a person is. Desiring to be gay is not a personal choice. It is a desire caused by a person's spirit. If one changes that spirit and becomes "Born Again", God's Holy Spirit dwelling in them, God will take that desire away. It's that easy. I was an alcoholic and addicted to drugs and cigarettes. I enjoyed them and I accepted that was who I was. When God came into me, He took those desires away as if I never did them! When I look back, I was in a bondage and that I was a slave to those sins. I am glad that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, now lives in me and He has changed me from the inside out!.

my opinion is the bible calls homosexuality a sin, but who is without sin? alcoholics are sinning, adulterers are sinning, yet christians seem to want to point out the homosexuals. are they without sin? "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" does that ring a bell? people need to mind their own business in my opinion. they live their life like they want to, and they damn well have the right to. shouldnt be anyone telling them who they can and can not see.
