"Nutri" Grain is a misnomer. The very first ingredient listed on the label is "high fructose corn syrup" (sugar!)

You also have to be really careful with the jelly- lots of times it's all sugar too-- try some All Fruit (namebrand) instead of jelly. Have whole wheat toast too, instead of white bread.

I also agree that you need some protein in the a.m.-- and egg would be good, or Kashi makes some great cereal. They also make cereal bars that are good for you.

Congrats on trying to make better decisions!

Kind of high in sugar and lacking in protein. You're probably in a rush in the morning, but wholegrain cereals or some turkey sausage (about 3 minutes in the microwave) would be a good sub for the nutragrain bar. It'll keep you feeling fuller longer.

If the toast were whole grain and trade the nutragrain bar for a dairy like milk, yogurt or egg you would be good.

Sure, although you are getting a lot of carbs and not much in the way of protein. It would be better if you washed it down with some milk.
