A pill? Sorry. Life's not THAT easy. Join a gym. Get a trainer. Watch what you eat and sweat!

Phentermine. You need a prescription for it, but it curbs your appetite A LOT. I lost like 20 pounds in about two months on it. You can totally lose 10 by Christmas no prob. I think there are some online pharmacies that you can get it from without a prescription from your doctor, like 800meds or something like that. But be careful with it, it's strong stuff, and when you stop taking you can gain the weight back really easily so watch what you eat and try to change your eating habits so that doesn't happen.

NONE!!!! Go to the nearest gym and get a membership there. If you can afford it, get a person trainer as well. They can help you loose the 10 pounds by Christmas. If you take a pill, you still need to exercise. There is no such thing as a magic pill to help you loose weight. If there is, there is a sever price to pay for it and that would be your HEALTH.

Given the fact that obesity is endemic in this country - if there were anything at all that led to weight loss - you would not need to ask this question - as it would be front page news. Sorry - there is no pill - and it is not for lack of trying. If the riddle is ever solved - the drug company that develops it will be wealthy beyond imagination. Unfortuantely, there is presently nothing under study which appears as if it will be helpful.

Pills? Get real. Excercise, proper nutrition. Only pills you want to even consider are vitamins. My wife has tried these diet pills for years. The old fashion way was the only thing that worked

You may not like my anser but here goes... If you didn't need a pill to gain weight why do you need one to lose it? Honestly, there is no good way to lose weight other than diet and exercise. Burn more calories than you take in, that is the key to losing weight. There is no miracle pill or miracle diet to help you lose weight. Drink tons of water, exercise and lower your calorie intake. I hope this helps you.

This may seen strange, but if you have allergies, take a Claritin D . And it lasts for 24 hours.
It curbs my appetite more than any supplements have.
Don't do it if you don't have allergies though. Good luck!
