The easiest is what I tell the women with the Iraqi and Viet Nam boy friend who claims they are spys is "I met this guy who works with (fill in the blank) he asked for your name so he could look it up and get you an award. He said to tell you he has a top secret security clearence so do not worry about it being shielded from him (they always claim it is so secret they cannot tell you), (Then they will insist they do not want to be recoginized) tell him you have already given them his name and they are coming by to meet him. That usually means you'll never see him again.

Google because it will find out the graduation date of the person. Because that person would have gone to school for some type of law or police enforcement. Hope this helped

Why would you need to know this? What does the person offer as proof? If you were truly inclined, you can always do a background check, either a local company, or just some internet company can help you out if you need it.. for a bit of cash, of course...
