I usually only have one or two pimples, but i'm breaking out really bad along my hair line, forwhead, and chin. I'm using the apricot expolient everyday, but i don't know if thats whats making me break out! I have the neutragena rapid clear oil controling foam stuff, but i haven't used it yet, should I? I don't mousturize because i have really oily skin, should i also do that?
Thanks for any help, please answer if you really know a solution!

I have used the Apricot facial scrub, I think that if you use it everyday you tend to irritate your skin. I would recommend using three times a week, and use the neoutregena face twice wash daily. Buy Oil of Olay facial cream for non oily/combination skin it's about $8 dollars at walmart for the bigger one. I love the oil of olay products. I would recommend going on-line to Oilofoilay.com and get a free consultation and switch over to using there products. I have not been breaking out as much as I use to.

Get off the apricot stuff. It's only formulated to smell good, and doesn't do anything for your skin.
Yes, switch to your neutragena stuff. Using an exfoliating cloth will help. These are available at any pharmacy, usually near the makeup section.
But you have to make sure that you are getting all of the product off your skin afterwards. I really think that this may be causing your problem. Try washing your face in the shower.
Even very oily skin should be washed only once a day (preferably at night so your skin has all night without anything on it to breathe). Washing the oils off your face more than once a day can STIMULATE THE PRODUCTION OF MORE OIL. So don't do this.
Don't moisturize. As you said, your skin is oily enough.
If you feel that your skin requires more cleansing during the day, try wiping it down with a product like Noxzema 3 in 1 pads. They are very good at scrubbing off dirt buildup, and toning your skin.

Your diet could be the culprit. I find when I eat anything with peanuts including peanut butter, I break out. Also, I'm the same way after I eat cheese. Watch what you are eating. Also, maybe you aren't rinsing your face enough. With oily skin, you do not need moisterizer. I have oily skin too and used to use moisterizer until a dermatologist told me to stop. After I changed my diet and stopped applying moisterizer, I find my break outs are few and far between.

You're probably not getting it all washed off around your hair line. Like you dip your face in water and it pushes all the exfoliates in your hair, so make sure you wash that out realy well, and your chin. Also use face wash, and I don't moisturize and I have oily skin. Good luck, don't over wash though.

are you using that st ives scrub? you should stop because the beads aggravate acne. use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil.
go to a dermatologist ASAP and get some medication
your skin should be back to normal in at least a month

Stress or your period will make you break out, maybe try taking Vitamin B along with your normal skin care, may help clear things up.
