Sandwiches are good. You can also use the leftover turkey in casseroles such as broccoli casserole with curry pwdr., turkey, miracle whip. It is so good. or a casserole with noodles and tomatoes and cheese and whatever else you want to throw in it. You can also shred the turkey and make turkey salad with miracle whip, pecans (crushed), marshino cherries, and a little bit of curry powder (about a pinch or less), you can also throw some celery in there too for more crunch. I just thought up the last recipe in my head. I have made something like this before. Let me know how it tastes if you make it.

If you want recipes, let me know. I may not have one for the noodles recipe, but I do have the broccoli one.

Pilgrim sandwich: Using leftover dinner rolls (or plain bread) place turkey, stuffing and cranberry between two sides enjoy hot or cold! SOS: chop turkey finely, braise onion in a pan, add turkey, pour in gravy and any leftover peas or corn - warm completely and serve over toasted bread. Classics that remind me of home and being a kid-my mom was no gourmet but these 2 simple dishes always take me back to the holidays.

try putting shredded pieces of leftover turkey in fried rice. Re-heat it and it with rice that had been just cooked with cooked frozen vegetables. You can also use the leftover turkey in taco or tortilla.

So enjoy! :)

It makes an excellent filling using a chicken enchilada recipe. Also, it can be cooked and shredded to use in tacos or with bbq sauce added to make sandwiches.
Generally, any recipe calling for cooked chicken or turkey can come into play.
Of course, there's always soup (you should make turkey broth with the carcass) with vegetables and rice or orzo.
