My cappuccino mix contains sugar (fills the top of the food pyramid), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (vegetable group), coffee beans (fruit group), and dry milk (dairy) among other things. It fills most of the various food groups; so, surely it's okay to live off of cappucino (and the occasional Jell-O snack pack fresh out of the microwave), right?

RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

well sort of........It sounds brilliant i actually never even thought about that! I love coffee's! but i don't know if you would want to live off a drink you know? and i actually think you are missing some parts of the pyramid. but if you do this you would of course have the occasional jell-o snack packs you would be crazy not to!! Well why make it an occasion you can eat it all the time if you'd like.
You could give the living off a cappuccino a try, or if you're to nervous go ahead and ask the neighbor girl to try I'm sure she would say yes in a heartbeat, just let her do the cappuccino part because i don't think you'll want her to eat your Jell-o!! well good luck with this and let us know how it goes! : ) :) :)

As for the reason to decrease it out of your weight loss plan, carbonation, caffeine, man made flavors and hues are rationalization why human beings does no longer think of this is solid for you. desire this facilitates!

Well, now you're just rationalizing to yourself to make your overindulgence of cappuccino look good to you. And where does the caffeine fit into the pyramid? Jell-O snack pack in the microwave? I like them out of the fridge.
