Watching without the persons knowledge is always a thrill, you never know when they're gonna look at you, and catch you. It's a turn on because there's a chance you can get caught!

They are both exciting. It's natural to notice. If you notice someone with them knowing it's more exciting because they may notice you back but if you're shy noticing from afar is good because you don't have to worry about rejection.

well it depends, as the looker yes, no, its kinda nice to watch w/oj them knowing but as a guy we want them to know we are watching thinking they are showing off for us, or that we think they want us to be looking
