File for a custody order. Go to the court clerks office where ever you live and get the paperwork. File it, have her served and let the judge decide. Most judges prefer that the child have equal visitation, unless there is proof that you are an unfit father.
Go file today.

If the mom has custody then you can't really do much than probably appeal the judge's decision. If you also have custody of the child then take her to court and in the mean time make every effort to see the child.

First of all if you aren't paying child support you should. Because the Attorney General Office will cover all from financial support to visitation. Don't bother calling the police they can't do anything. Just keep a record of all times you have tried to visit your child and been deny too. Been there.

See a lawyer.
Get visiting rights at least.
You may have to have a court appointed referee present during the visit (will depend on the situation). But you will be able to see him. It is his birth right, and your right too.
Must pay the piper, will cost fees, lawyer, court......

Is there a reason they wont let you see him? Are you paying child support? If not then you don't deserve to see him! If you are paying and you are a good person and really want to be in his life then take them to Court!

Well if you are paying child support, then you have many rights and can take her to court. If you are not paying child support there may be an issue. Good luck and God bless*
