Increase in cranial fluids in the brain effecting optical nerves ... Need more details?

My sister had increase in cranial fluids in the brain, effecting optical nerves - She is now under medication, from which website can I get more resources about the precautions / more details ... etc.

There are a number of etiologies (causes) of increased intracranial pressure. The approach would depend on which one is causing her problem. I've given you the NIH link on the subject.
