Along with getting more sleep and eating breakfast as mentioned above, try drinking a full glass of skim milk in the morning. It coats your stomach and helps ease your stomach when upset or stressed. It works for me. It's worth a try.

I've been to the doctor for the same problem and they perscribed nexium for acid reflex, caused by stress and anxiety. My throught was raw and I didn't even know because I was so use to it. It started when I was about 15 years old. It's always worse in the morning (not sure why) and the older you get the worse the nausea gets. Try some pepcid over the counter and see if it helps (takes about a week to fully work, but will start working the first day) and if it doesn't go to the doctor you may have an ulcer or something. And stay away from caffeine!

It sounds like you may be having some major blood sugar issues...
One thing you can try is to eat a little something BEFORE you go to bed... high in protein and complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbohydrates or fat. Basically, stay away from sugar and things that turn right to sugar in your body. This will keep your blood sugar up over the course of the night and you may find you feel better in the mornings... It can't hurt to try.
And as far as eating in the morning, try eating things with NO sugar, more protein and less carbohydrates basically.
For years I could only eat cheese and crackers in the morning.
If this doesn't work, or even if it does, you should consider consulting a physician, especially i it continues.
Good luck! :)

I was once a sailor. I worked in the sickbay. I was responsible for the health care of about 6,000. I worked roughly 18-20 hours a day, six days a week, on the seventh, I'd put in 8 and call it. I too felt that way every morning. Mine was stress related, both mental as well as physical. I ate one real meal a day and the rest of the time it was coffee and junk food. I kept that up for three years and put on well over 40 pounds. I suggest you look at the hours you're keeping and the food you're eating.

I would say that you are probably not getting enough sleep. How many hours of sleep do you get each night. Also, you probably do need a small breakfast. Try to get between 7 and 8 hours of sleep and eating a nutragrain bar and some fruit in the morning.

It seems the problem of sleep time cycle adjustment. Its clinically proved that about 6 - 8 hours of sleep is more than enough for an individual.
So firstly You may have to check whether you are able to get atleast 6 - 8 hours of good sleep.
Secondly imp. pt is - by what time you are going to bed in the night !! check it up - the best system is 'early to sleep & early to get up' which gives good results for both mind and body.
Next is - with what ever state you go to sleep, it strongly effects your 'get up' state. Means, sleep with calm mind, fresh your body and mouth, listen to soft music, meditate or pray for some time ... then this will surely effect your next day 'get up' state.
lastly - try some light breakfast like fruits, juices, salads...
Good luck - you are going to realise your bright future

I'd go to your doctor. I had the same problem my senior year in high school. I pretty much didn't eat or sleep at all my senior year. Come to find out I was severly stressed about things and they just had me doing some exercise and such to make me hungry and tired.

H20, multi-vitamins, and daily exercise. That will do it. If not see a doctor. You will probably feel a lot better in a week or so.
