hehe That reminds me of a couple years ago. I was really drunk and I was staying with my cousin on vacation. We had to go pick up his birthday cake and I was supposed to wait in the car, except I didn't. And I went into BR laughing hysterically, and yah... Thats all I'm gonna say! ROFL! OK, so this doesn't answer your question...

No its not okay to harass anyone in BR. Even drunk. I know this first hand. LOL
