My puppiy has an red swollen bubble protruding from the lower inner core of his eye. Should I be worried or will the sweling go down on it's own. He is a very healthy puppy otherwise.

It's probably a "cherry eye". It will require surgery to correct it.

Take him to a vet. Could be a blocked tear duct which may require surgery or at least antibiotics. Please have him checked. If it's nothing, the $40 office visit will have at least given you peace of mind.

take him to the vet immediatly! its probly gunna get infected. he may have to have surgery. PLEASE TAKE HIM TO THE VET, HE COULD BE IN PAIN!
