Hmm, I think christians would. They'd have zealotry on their side. They could whip everyone into a holy frenzy of righteousness. (Plus, there are a LOT of them). They'd be like The Hoarde.
Atheists and agnostics wouldn't be well organized. We'd try to reason a way around things. Try to work out a compromise. Form a committee to study the scientific reasons why the christians were so hacked off at us.

Christians would win because they ussually do not act like christians and love wars and blowing up people. They don't have a problem with lying to start the war so they would win

Atheists and Agnostics don't want to fight. They have nobody to convert or save from some fiery hell. Nobody to send to some white-clouded, sexless, harp-laden walmart of an afterlife. Thus I say hands down the Christians. They're intolerant and have been adept at killing people in the name of god since the dawn of time.

OK, that is one of the dumbest questions I've ever seen.
That being said, Tolkien wrote LOTR with many analogies and parallels to Christianity. Gandalf is basically a really powerful angel come down to help men. So I would say Christians, because their counterparts win in LOTR.

atheists should win...we'd go out there and try to make it happen for ourselves, wherein the Xtians would sit around praying for God to come and save them...which, since he's fictional, won't happen, and they'll be slaughtered...
