Side dish: Grilled bell peppers, onions ( for those who like onions), chunks of tomatoes, and eggplants- marinated in plain yogurt for a couple of hours, then just add to grill and serve around lamb and on pockets of pita bread to keep warm.
Salad: mix dish of romaine lettuce and ice berg lettuce, cucumber slices, and tomatoes- sprinkled with a mixture of a little salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
