I think He allows you to mock Him until you die...and your life is over... ssswwwaaazzztttiiikkka!!! n o e x t e n s i o n s.
If you mock your fellow human being...He (God) allows you both to fight for your pride, get injured, get sick, and die without respect & decency.
If you insist on mocking another human being, but the other resisted your threat and actions...then you will suffer alone for the punishment & humiliations... but the other got God`s blessings.

God is a merciful God and so there arte many ppl that I think he should smite for mocking him that he doesn't. He has his reasons, so who am I to question God. To answer your question God is the ONLY GOD that has power to punish those who mock him. other man-made gods have no power at all.
