A true satanic folk is beyond those silly candles and romantics of dark garb and candles so yes as most satanic folk are not doing anything in vein but more so attention and romantics.
A true satanic I assume is a heretic that has practiced the occult in forms beyond conventional means. Learning forms of gnosis and peaking under God's veil to see things they should not as covered in the OT as some son look under his fathers robe while asleep etc etc.
Or eating the apple as it states will become like god etc.

If they were to repent and turn away from Satan, God would forgive them and receive them with open arms. He is a loving God and doesn't want anyone to perish in the fires of Hell. But, he gave us all the freedom to make our own choices. I, too cannot understand why someone would take Satan over God.

GOD Loves everyone, but to an extent, his patience can run short, he is not of the flesh, superior above all, so when he has wiped his hands of you, their is no coming back, he will leave you to walk and live in your darkness, a fate just like Satan's. I am sure that they can repent but the First Two Commandment stands FIRM!!!

Adam and Eve, for example, were not kicked out of Eden for their sin, but for denying that their sin WAS a sin. It is a simple thing to hate God by simply loving oneself more. Godly behavior does not come naturally. Clearly God's intent for us was to observe our actions in a natural world, see their folly and turn to Him.
Satan and all adherents thereof believe things as they see them rather than as God has seen them. Hence the creator is subjected to the creation's desires, much like some who would seek to "modernize" God's view of things. It is a difficult thing to reconcile injustices we observe with part of God's plan. However, God is more interested in our character than he is our contentment. Living with problems is an every day occurrence. Dealing with daily problems with God's help is akin to unburdening oneself. Unfortunately when one does this, he ceases to be the master of his own fate and gives his life for others. That's a difficult thing to do, especially in the modern world.
God loves each of us, especially when we sin. The one who is fallen is in the greater need of love. No one is beyond repentance and no one was ever saved without prayer. Prayer is a decision only we can make.

Most satanists are actually atheistic. They use Satan as a symbol of everything the Christian church is not. Satanism respects the human body, christianity mortifies it. Satanism respects desire, christianity mortifies it. Satanism teaches that violence in self-defense is justified, Christianity forbids violence period. Satanism teaches that faith is for the weak, Christianity teaches that faith is for the strong.
The Nine Satanic Statements
1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!
2. Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!
3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!
4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!
5. Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!
6. Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!
7. Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-0fours, who, because of his "divine spiritual and intellectual development," has become the most vicious animal of all!
8. Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!
9. Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!

The Lord God accepts all...who ask forgiveness, proclaim Jesus Christ as their Lord, and seek repentance.
Until they do, God hates their evil deeds, and hates them too.
Romans 9:13
"As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. "

Your first comment is inaccurate.
The Lord does NOT accept all.
That comment is based on 1 Corinthians 6: 9 - 11.
Paul speaks of people who are idolaters, adulterers and liars.
God did accept them.
But why?
Because they changed.
If a person changes, they're acceptable.
If they persist in their bad ways, not acceptable.
