This doesn't sound as if you need to know what to do. It seems as if you already know what to do, you just don't want to go through with it. The answer would be to leave him alone (completely).
You want what he can, and is not ready to give you, a serious, committed, consuming, loving, and fulfilling relationship. You have enough evidence to just spare your heart any more lies, pain and deceit.... Girlfriend just move on!

You need to leave him. If he's cheating and visiting these sites, he isn't interested in having a serious relationship. The biggest thing for him would be to just leave. Stop calling, visiting, anything. Move on and find someone who will want only you!
