Hello,

There is a chance that you could get reinfected from the used lollipop. The virus that caused the cold is in your mucus and saliva, thus you have to cover your mouth when you sneeze since the particles of saliva expelled can infect another person. Your virus-containing saliva would remain on the lollipop, thus if after your cold is over, you would suck on it some more, you could get reinfected if your body hasn't developed total immunity from the virus. This is also why doctors recommend that you dispuse of the toothbrush you used during a cold after it is over.

I hope that helps.

U wouldnt get sick cuz every time you get over a cold ur immune system is made stronger and its extremely strong after u get over a cold so if u put that lollipop back into ur mouth most likely u wont get sick.
