my sub has about a one inch tear in the lip on the outer edge. The flexible rim part where the sub movement is.

Buy a new one and turn the volume down!!

WOW!! You don't need to have a 1" rip re-coned!!!

Use tissue paper and rubber cement. That way it still stay flexible.

You must be careful to let it cure for 24 hours before using it. A fan will speed up this process.

If they are like woofers, you can have them reconed. There are businesses that make these repairs. When they are done, they are as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

buy a new one is the best way as you will not repair it to a good working condition

use crazy glue and let it set for awhile, that worked for me once
