depends on how little and sexy you are...no just kidding. I find that it any of those will keep you going for anywhere from an hour to 2 hours. Bookoo is the best if you can find it because it's bigger and you can save some for later (it's usually over 24 ounces=about 3 energy drinks in one).

well with this u can get highper and ur blood pressure can go dangerusly high and can have an effect of a serious heart attack that is in case u drink all three of these. but for one bottle u can get enerigized for the max i would say about 5 hours. but go ahead have it your way.

probably about 2 hours. it depends on how much you exersise also. for some people it really doesnt give them much energy
