I would have to say that if you are having sex in a car that is doing 100 mph and you aren't wearing a condom that would be a condition of unsafe sex.

The only absolutely safe sex is no sex - otherwise safe sex implies that a condom is always utilized - whether the sex is oral, vaginal, or anal. The condom must be applied immediately as soon as an erection is obtained - as early secretions are common - and easily be overlooked. The condom must be removed immediately when the penis begins to decrease in size - and both partners should wash with ordinary mild soap and water.
