Every morning I get up for work my car is almost completely out of gas. My husband says that he hasn't driven it. My kids say they haven't driven it. So while I was getting ready to take my nap my pet cat Scrub secretely confided in me that the dog Trail has been the one driving my car and burning up all of my gas!!! Should I believe Scrub or should I just beat them both with my personal collections of whips and chains??? Help please

Don't believe Scrub - the cat is just trying to get Trail in trouble. It's more likely that it was the cat burning up the gas. Think about it - dogs sleep at night - it's cats that are on the prowl. I say make sure Scrub is secured in a room without Trail knowing about it (unless Scrub is into chains) and see what happens the next morning. If no change in gas - it's definitely the cat. If the gas goes down, you have narrowed your suspects - each night "secure" one of the others (dog, husband, kids) until you find out who the culprit is.

A couple alternative possibilities:

1. Someone is syphoning the gas out of your car or there is a leak in your gas tank.

2. You are sleep driving

I learned long ago to never trust cats. I think the smart money is the cat has been the one burning up the gas and trying to put the blame on Trail. I would check the front seat of your car for kitty litter and then break out the whips and chains for a kitty beatin'.

Simple, Hire a Pet Detective to investigate.

Easy fix...don't put gas in it on the way home! If someone needs to use your car...they have to put gas in it! On a different note, send Scrub over to my house....cause if he can rat your dog out...he can let me know when the kids are doing something they shouldn't be!

Aww, hell, you know that d*mn cat is lying, they are bad about that. They just want to get the dog in trouble, it was probably the cat doing it. I would beat the cat, lock him in a room for a few nights and see if your gas is gone then. Then you will know it was the dog.

Take away Trail's driver's license. Also, just to be safe, take Scrub's driver's license. The cat might be lying on the dog.

I think Scrub is deceitful and trying to pin his defiant actions on poor Trail.

It is well known that cats are the ones that go out at night. I wouldn't listen to that lying mo-fo. I would suggest setting up cameras to catch the real culprit... confront them with the footage and keep your keys out of paws-reach.

I would suggest putting the Cat and Dog in an act and making some cash from them.

Then I would suggest putting the whips to better use.
