I would question whether by acting like babies they are meeting a need.
They might do this to make themselves feel more secure.
Alternatively, if they have learned that their father will pander to them and give them the attention or material goods they request when they behave this way, then they might be doing it to illicit this response from him.
Then again, they might act this way because they're insecure about how their relationship with him might change if they show him that they are developing into young women rather than small children.

cause they are daddies girls and it is better you keep your concerns to yourself lest you open a can of worms being accused of being jealous and the evil stepmom, dont interfere with it,he is a man and he is adult enough to handle issues he deems are problem,if he has no issue dont worry about it, the step family can be a volatile situation and you need to be the peace keeper modeling the behavior you expect rather than displaying contempt or scorn and you may not view it as that but a teenage girl will they are sensitive and take things personally and can be more evil than you, so dont go there

Daddy's girls, Guys always want to spoil their daughters and by acting like babies the dad takes it as them needing him and tries to do what he can to make them happy.

what do you mean..act like babies?In what way?15 and 16 are still pretty young if you ask me.and girls are always daddys girls if they are 1..15...0r 35!why are you worried by it?it takes attention away from you?!?!?i am sure that they are just being young girls and they want attention.
