I don't know what Clay or Carl Williams you are talking about. Cassius Clay aka Muhammed Ali never fought Carl "The Truth" Williams. He did fight Cleveland Williams on 11/14/ 66 for the World Heavyweight Title, in the Houston Astrodome. He won by a 3rd round TKO. Hope that helps.

He didnt fight Carl "The Truth" Williams. You meant Cleveland "The Cat" Williams. That fight was arguably Ali's most spectacular performance of his career.
